Valuren is currently in a pre-launch phase. Features, prices, digital assets and market data displayed on the site may be illustrative, incomplete or change without notice.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, allocation or any financial benefit.

You are responsible for keeping your login details, recovery phrases and wallet credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to create an account.

Nothing on Valuren is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The value of fashion assets and digital tokens can go down as well as up.

Digital product passports and ownership records reflect information supplied by brands and users; we take reasonable care but do not guarantee their accuracy.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, list counterfeit goods, launder funds or infringe the rights of others.

The Valuren name, logo, software and content are owned by Valuren Labs or its licensors. Brand marks remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, Valuren Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
