This policy explains how Valuren Labs collects and uses personal data. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZC267542) and act as data controller.
DATA WE COLLECT
Waitlist: your email address and, optionally, your name.
Contact form: your name, email, company and the content of your message.
Accounts: login details, profile information, wallet addresses, orders, bids and activity on the platform.
Technical: device, browser and usage information needed to run and secure the site.
HOW WE USE IT
To provide and secure the platform, manage your waitlist place, reply to your enquiries, notify you about your account and Valuren's launch, and meet legal obligations.
LEGAL BASES
Contract (providing the service you request), legitimate interests (running and improving Valuren, preventing fraud), consent (where we ask for it) and legal obligation.
SHARING
We share data only with service providers who help us operate Valuren (hosting, email delivery, payments), brands where needed to fulfil an order or passport, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
RETENTION
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Where data is processed outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact info@valuren.com. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
